Seeking an experienced IT Administrator who can manage and oversee the company’s IT infrastructure in two locations including managing networks, servers and computer systems.

Full-Time, In office position, NOT REMOTE

Day Shift, M-Fr, 8 am – 4:30 pm

$60,000/+ mo.

This is a full-time position. We offer a full benefit package including 100% employer paid medical, dental and life insurance. • Manage and maintain IT support operations
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Perform software updates, account setups, planned preventative maintenance
• Configure and maintain Windows  server environment ensuring system reliability
• Maintain and troubleshoot phone and security systems

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar preferred
• 5 yrs experience in IT Administration, Networking installation and configuring, Systems Engineering, or related fields
• Strong background with Microsoft Office, Visio, Outlook, Word, Excel and TEAMS
• Knowledgeable and experience with Cybersecurity tools and protocols
• IT certifications such as MCAA, MCNA, Network+, Security+, Microsoft MCSE and CompTIA preferred
• Familiarity with backup/recovery solutions and disaster recovery planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong teamwork, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a focus on delivery, timeliness and attention to detail.
• Understanding of VOIP phone systems is desired, but will train the right candidate
• Self-motivated while working in a fast-paced environment and frequent interruptions
• Reliable transportation and willing to travel between the Hillsboro and Milwaukie locations
• Willing to work occasional off shifts as needed
