On behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a UX Engineer for a contract opportunity in Hillsboro, OR (Travel once a quarter to Santa Clara, CA and Chicago, IL).

UX Engineer Job Details

Responsible for system assembly, bring-up, and debugging. PC compliant and able to install and configure hardware and software. Bug tracking and issue resolution. Downloading, troubleshooting, and verifying drivers. Data entry and documentation of findings. Providing clear, professional communication on problems and solutions.

Expertise in verbal and written communication and documentation is required.

Skills in driver downloading, troubleshooting, and verification are essential.

Knowledge of standard operating systems such as Windows, Android, Linux, etc.

Experience with bug tracking and database management tools (e.g., HSD, Bugzilla).

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Professional demeanor when dealing with all groups.

Some experience in software programming in C/C++.

A mix of hardware and software skills is a big plus.
