Responsibilities
- Establish and drive digital product vision and strategy, including go-to-market plans, positioning and messaging.
- Build, manage, and prioritize an actionable product roadmap to support organizational goals and strategies, in collaboration with other product managers, business partners, and third-party vendors.
- Lead internal partnerships with scrum and engineering teams to ensure frictionless end to end release management while keeping member impact and experience as a priority.
- Proactively lead discussions both internally and externally, working closely with, IT, legal, risk, and compliance partners to drive consensus and solve for complex scenarios.
- Establish, monitor and measure KPIs to drive product success and data driven decisioning.
- Mentor other Product Managers on a day-to-day basis
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a digital product management role including experience gathering user requirements, and building/deploying digital products
- Experience with design-thinking best practices and testing to deliver digital products and experiences
- Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple assignments and deliverables simultaneously with the flexibility to meet changing needs and demands
- Strong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences
- Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to diverse audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Distinctive problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
