SAP MM/PP Business Systems Analyst

Join the Corporate Planning Capabilities ERP Integration team as a SAP MM/PP Business Systems Analyst. The SAP MM/PP Business Systems Analyst identifies business requirements, functional and system specifications that meet business user requirements, maps them to system capabilities and recommends technical solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Identify business requirements, functional and system specifications that meet business user requirements; map them to system capabilities and recommend technical solutions.
  • Configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing; create system specifications.
  • Identify test scenarios and cases; execute tests; document results and test scripts; provide QA results to the business.
  • Examine current business procedures, system practices and IT modification designs; recommend improvements.
  • Design new computer programs and systems by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing specifications.
  • Perform troubleshooting; solve complex bug issues in production systems or applications; collaborate with subject matter experts.
  • Anticipate complex issues; discuss them within and outside the project team to maintain open communication.
  • Serve as technical lead on a subsystem or small feature set; manage small to medium projects; perform tasks; apply expertise to meet deadlines.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years of experience
  • Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years of experience
  • PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 2+ years of experience in at least two of the following:
    • End-to-end ERP implementation projects as an SAP MM/PP consultant or functional analyst
    • SAP MM/PP configuration (e.g., requisitions, purchasing, scheduling agreements, subcontracting, MRP, inventory management, stock transfers, planning procedures, process orders, pegging in production planning)
    • Business process reengineering, application solution design, and requirement engineering
    • Agile environment with Scrum practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Semiconductor/Manufacturing industry experience
  • SAP MM Certified
  • SAP PP Certified
  • Experience integrating SAP ERP with other planning applications such as Blue Yonder (BY/JDA)
  • Experience with S4 HANA/Reporting Tools
