  • Architect and implement a centralized Vendor Management Office (VMO), integrating procurement, sourcing, on‑boarding/off‑boarding, performance monitoring, and contract administration.
  • Align vendor strategy with digital modernization and operational restructuring efforts.
  • Lead change management to embed vendor management practices across departments and ensure adoption of centralized processes.
  • Champion a builder mindset by designing scalable processes, systems, and playbooks for enterprise‑wide vendor management.

  • Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure vendor activities meet regulatory, privacy, and internal control standards.
  • Monitor risk triggers (e.g., license true‑ups, audit clauses) and proactively mitigate exposure.
  • Ensure timely and compliant execution of all contracts, coordinating with internal stakeholders for reviews and approvals.
  • Lead efforts to consolidate vendors and repaper contracts to reduce redundancy and improve leverage.
  • Own the vendor management budget and report on cost savings, ROI, and value realization.
