Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

As a Project Auditor, you’ll play a key role in keeping our projects on track, on time, and up to DaBella’s high‑quality standards. You’ll manage project details across various product lines and markets, helping us stay efficient, accurate, and customer‑focused every step of the way.

• Collaborate daily with vendors, subcontractors, and sales teams to drive multiple projects forward
• Ensure job deadlines, logistics, and quality expectations are consistently met
• Coordinate accurate and timely product orders to hit monthly install goals
• Partner with Office Managers and Installers to resolve challenges quickly and effectively
• Review contracts and create Material & Labor ATPs for accurate ordering
• Audit subcontractor invoicing to ensure correct and timely payments
• Track project progress through the full life‑cycle using our customer service database
• Manage contractor back charges and commission adjustments as project changes occur

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field preferred (PMP or PRINCE2 certification a plus!)
• Strong background in operations or project management
• Effective leadership and communication skills to influence across teams
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with frequent multitasking
• Tech‑savvy and confident navigating Microsoft Office and digital platforms
