Job Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily service department operations

Support Service Advisors and technicians to ensure efficient workflow

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process

Address customer concerns and help resolve issues professionally and promptly

Monitor repair order progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery

Assist with scheduling, staffing, and workload distribution

Maintain strong communication between customers, technicians, and management

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team Excellent organizational and time-management skills
