Technician: Manufacturing - II; Evening

Operates complex equipment and analytical tools in an ESD environment.
Technicians are required to wear ESD lab coat, conductive shoe straps, and safety glasses.
Multi‑tasked responsibilities may include minor preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, non‑standard processing, and problem‑solving.
Primary job duties are to maximize output using constraint‑management techniques while sustaining process and equipment issues, training, and cross‑training cluster members.
Position requires working efficiently from standard procedures and specifications. Many tasks require repetitive motion to an extent.

Position is highly physical; candidates must be able to stand, move, walk, etc., throughout the day.

Candidate must meet either experience or education requirements: 1–3 years work experience in a semiconductor lab or cleanroom, or production; computer software experience and MS Office proficiency.
AA degree in a related field (including computer software or semiconductor) or strong military experience with some post‑high school education.
Alternatively, a HS diploma or GED equivalent with experience in lieu of more than 3 years experience.
Strongly preferred: minimum AS degree.

• Previous client experience in a lab or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with basic electronic assembly tools (wire strippers, cutters, soldering irons, electric torque drivers, and screwdrivers).
• Some background in small electrical device manufacturing is a plus.
