Production Operator II – Parts Cleaner

Coors Tek, Inc. is committed to safety, quality, and customer focus in advanced ceramics manufacturing. This role executes precision manufacturing processes to ensure high‑quality production output. Required experience includes manufacturing, part cleaning, measurement, and quality control.

• Wash, detail, and polish parts to maintain product integrity.
• Prepare granite tables and cleaning solutions for lapping operations.
• Apply polishing techniques for high‑quality finishes.
• Use tape measures, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, and amplifiers to accurately measure parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints to guide production processes.
• Measure flatness and perpendicularity of beams with precision.
• Operate advanced measurement tools such as the Autocollimator and profilometer.
• Maintain quality control (QC) standards for finished parts.
• Train new employees in operational processes and safety guidelines.
• Consistently meet production deadlines and efficiency targets.

• Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. PST
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Minimum six (6) months manufacturing experience.
• Standing long periods, reaching, bending, twisting, and visual acuity inspection.
• Repetitive sanding and polishing.
• Must lift 50 lbs.
• Read/interpret standard and metric measurements.
• Intermediate math skills.
• Deep knowledge of handheld measuring equipment and advanced measuring equipment.
• Use Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.
• Attention to detail and excellent listening skills.
• Work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Hourly: USD 17.61 – USD 21.21
