Account Manager​/Planner

Davis Tool is looking for an Account Manager/Planner who wants to be challenged and perform hands on work in a dynamic manufacturing environment. As an Account Manager/Planner you will interface with other departments and work directly with our customers to review contracts, accept new orders, monitor production schedules and assess manufacturing capacities.

You must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage major customer accounts.
• Review customer contracts at time of order.
• Create and review new product schedules with sales, engineering and manufacturing.
• Coordinate with purchasing to ensure product schedules.
• Support the master scheduler with capacity analysis, production schedules and rate readiness information for customers.

Qualifications

• BS or BA Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 2 years previous experience in a supply chain or manufacturing related role.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience reviewing customer contracts.
• Proficient with MRP systems, spreadsheet and presentation software.
