Compensation
: $34+/hour + shift differential. Monthly bonus when company sales goal achieved. $2,000 hiring and signing bonus.

Schedules

• Day Shift: Monday‑Thursday 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
• Night Shift: Monday‑Thursday 4:15 pm – 2:45 am
• Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday 5:00 am – 5:30 pm

Job Description

This role involves operating CNC 5‑axis horizontal mills with multiple pallets. You will inspect first‑run parts, collaborate with Quality Control, create fixtures and clamps, and machine parts to blueprint specifications. Secondary operations include tapping, deburring, and other finishing tasks.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years operating CNC 5‑axis mills
• Familiarity with Siemens Celos controller preferred
• Experience with Fanuc controls
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
• Possession of personal precision measuring tools
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Ability to follow written instructions accurately
• High attention to detail and quality
• Capable of working independently
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds regularly
