Clean Room Technician

Overview

Staffmark is hiring Clean Room Technicians in Hillsboro, OR! This is a great opportunity for entry‑level candidates, and those with prior clean room or assembly experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $18-$19/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

• Perform basic mechanical and sub‑assembly work
• Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks
• Leak test components as required
• Read and follow detailed work instructions to ensure product accuracy
• Maintain clean room standards, including wearing a full clean room “bunny suit”
• Meet quality standards throughout each step of the assembly process
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors for smooth production flow
• Cable and harness assembly experience is a plus

• Entry‑level; clean room experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable reading labels and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Willingness to be cross‑trained and work in different departments as needed
• Strong attendance and reliability
