As a CNC Machinist Technician, you will play a vital role in our production cycle by transforming raw materials into high-precision components. You will leverage your technical expertise in CNC operation and blueprint interpretation to ensure our manufacturing output meets rigorous quality standards while maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities- Execute precise CNC machining operations to meet daily production targets and quality benchmarks.
- Analyze technical blueprints and production travelers to ensure accurate part fabrication.
- Manage CNC program loading and perform necessary adjustments to optimize machining performance.
- Configure tooling and calibrate offsets to maintain consistent dimensional accuracy.
- Validate component quality using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and indicators.
- Prepare finished parts through deburring and cleaning processes to ensure readiness for final assembly.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and coolant systems to prevent downtime and ensure a safe, organized workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3-6 months of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Foundational understanding of G&M codes and CNC equipment operation.
- Proven ability to interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency with manual measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and machinist scales.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and high-accuracy production standards.
- Experience operating auxiliary shop equipment such as band saws and manual drill presses.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across production teams.
- A proactive approach to troubleshooting minor equipment or programming issues.
