As a CNC Manufacturing Technician, you will play a vital role in our production floor by transforming raw materials into high-precision components. You will leverage your technical expertise to operate advanced machinery, ensuring that every part meets rigorous quality standards while contributing to our overall manufacturing efficiency.

Responsibilities- Execute CNC machine operations to produce parts that strictly adhere to engineering specifications and production schedules.
- Interpret complex blueprints and technical documentation to ensure accurate setup and execution of production runs.
- Manage tool offsets and perform minor program adjustments to optimize machine performance and output quality.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and indicators.
- Prepare components for downstream processes, including deburring, cleaning, and finishing tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and coolant systems to minimize downtime and maintain operational excellence.
- Support secondary production tasks, including the use of manual drill presses and band saws, to meet team throughput goals.
- Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and organization to foster a productive and secure environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-6 months of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement instruments like calipers and micrometers.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Foundational knowledge of G&M code programming.
- Experience with CNC machine setup and tooling adjustments.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
