CNC Machinist, Manufacturing Engineer
LAIKA in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a proficient CNC Programmer to support studio manufacturing. You will program, set up, prove out, operate and inspect small-batch prototype parts using 3-axis milling, Haas VF1 and Makino U3 tooling.
You will read drawings and GD&T, edit G-code, select tools, run simulations, and troubleshoot programs. Collaboration with artists, engineers, and machinists is essential in this nontraditional CNC environment.
