Fitness Membership Sales Rep

We are currently seeking high-energy, passionate, and sales-motivated individuals who are fitness-minded and love community and our brand! We are a fast-growing Indoor Cycling Franchise looking for individuals eager to grow with us. Our Cycle Bar Membership Sales rep delivers the Cycle Bar experience and drives sales daily.

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
• Genuine hospitality and passion for people
• Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient computer skills
• Flexibility for a non-traditional schedule, including some holidays, early mornings, and weekends

• Willingness to move bikes and perform minor bike maintenance
• Willingness to clean the Cycle Theater, bathrooms, lobby, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

• Provide top-quality service to all riders
• Execute sales and hospitality processes for first-time riders, follow-up, and closing
• Maintain personal sales production levels
• Collaborate with studio management and franchise owners
• Participate in special events to promote the club
• Develop and improve selling skills
• Maintain brand standards and initiatives

• Ride for free at any available bike
• Comfortable attire — leggings and shorts!
• Work a non-traditional schedule
• Access to the Cycle Bar community and corporate team
