Position Overview

We are seeking a personable, ethical, and self-motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a driven team player who excels at building relationships, identifying client needs, and offering tailored insurance products. This role is essential to growing our client base and helping individuals and families protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.)
  • Generate new business through outreach, referrals, and community engagement
  • Provide clear, accurate explanations of insurance policies and coverage options
  • Guide clients through the sales process from initial contact to policy issuance
  • Collaborate with agents and team members to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and compliance requirements
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and confidentiality in all interactions
Qualifications
  • Proven sales ability with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Personable, ethical, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or a related sales field is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software is a plus
