As a Door‑to‑Door Canvass Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping our canvassing strategy, empowering your team to reach their full potential, and helping us revolutionize the home improvement industry.

Compensation: $60,000 annually + uncapped bonus opportunities. Average Canvass Managers earn an additional $1,500–$3,000 monthly in bonus; top performers exceed $4,000 monthly.

Job Responsibilities
  • Dynamic leadership: lead a motivated team of canvassers, inspiring them to exceed goals and reach new heights.
  • Recruitment: seek top talent, conduct screenings and interviews, and provide necessary tools for success.
  • Mentorship: provide ongoing mentorship and actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Build rapport: establish and maintain positive relationships with homeowners to foster trust and offer solutions.
  • Deliver compelling pitches: confidently communicate the benefits and features of DaBella's products.
  • Achieve sales targets: meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals/quotas.
  • Hit the pavement: be prepared to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods.
  • Field navigation: safely operate the company‑provided van, using a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Complete all entry‑level canvasser training as part of onboarding.
