Perform basic installation and minor repair to a variety of flooring systems, including but not limited to carpeting, vinyl, hardwood, and laminate;
Perform installation of cabinets, countertops, and cabinet components;
Ensure all work is completed to industry standards, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work;
Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed;
Document all work performed as directed.
