Fire and/or Water Restoration Team Leader

Jefferson County, St. Louis County & Surrounding Areas, as assigned.

Paul Davis Restoration is an industry leader in restoration and reconstruction for insurance providers and commercial properties throughout the United States. The role is part of the rapidly growing Emergency Services division and offers opportunities for career advancement, training in water & fire mitigation, storm damage, mold remediation, and more.

• Compensation: $16.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

• Ensure team performance according to Paul Davis and industry specifications
• Assess damaged properties to prevent further damage and stabilize
• Remove damaged materials such as wallboards, trim, and carpets
• Handle issues caused by fire and smoke damage
• Conduct daily team huddles to prepare crews
• Meet clients and adjusters on site to provide professional opinions
• Re‑inspect sites for quality control
• Serve as point of contact for customers, resolving questions promptly
• Maintain inventory of service vehicles and equipment
• Be accessible by phone and participate in the on‑call schedule
• Adhere to safety standards by wearing protective gear and using proper equipment
• Assist other team members and foster positive relationships across departments
