Opti Staffing is hiring for Auto Glass Technicians. We specialize in high-quality auto glass repair and replacement for both individual and fleet customers. From windshields to side windows, we help ensure vehicles are safe, functional, and looking their best, especially when our customers need us most. Responsibilities- Installing automotive glass products for domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Performing ADAS calibrations on vehicles equipped with advanced safety systems.
- Conducting rock chip repairs and other automotive glass services.
- Communicating clearly with customers, explaining needed repairs or replacements.
- Ensuring the vehicle is left clean, safe, and looking great after every service.
- Collecting payments and maintaining accurate job documentation.
To succeed in this position, you’ll need both strong technical ability and a commitment to exceptional service.
- 2+ years of auto glass installation experience (laminated flat glass cutting experience preferred).
- Knowledge and understanding of standard tools of the trade.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs independently — auto glass can be heavy, and many jobs are performed solo.
- Comfortable using mobile technology and digital software (we’re fully paperless).
- Verifiable work history and professional references.
