Perform highly skilled maintenance and trades work in District facilities. Coordinate other staff and contractors to complete projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications
- Hold a valid Oregon driver’s license
- Hold a valid license related to identified trades
- Experience with implementing project blueprints
- Knowledge of regulations governing work within identified trades
- Knowledge of applicable safety rules and best practices within identified trades
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
- LME – Oregon Limited Maintenance Electrician License
- Refrigeration License (able to buy and transport refrigerant)
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and controls
- Predictable work schedule on Monday-Friday
- Optional paid overtime hours available for employees in Facilities and Transportation Departments.
