Community Action seeks a Community Resource Advocate II – Community Connect to assist families facing homelessness in Washington County. This in-person role works directly with clients, guided by Housing First principles and trauma-informed practices to connect them with essential services.
The position involves assessments, referrals, data entry, and collaboration with partner agencies. Strong communication and a HS diploma (or higher in Social Services) are preferred; bilingual Spanish/English
