At Safe Splash, we believe swimming is a life skill. Our curriculum is developed by world‑class swimmers with over 30 years of teaching experience. We teach confidence and water safety from the first lesson.

Drive successful Safe Splash business through excellence in overall management of the locations with emphasis on business operations, employee management, client relations, marketing, and community outreach.

Business Operations – Maintain location policies and procedures within the franchise structure, manage scheduling software, train and lead by example following the Safe Splash curriculum.

• Employee Management – Recruit, hire, orient, schedule, train staff and maintain a safe work environment.
• Instruction – Provide lesson instruction as needed.
• Customer Relations – Maintain quality customer service, analyze and resolve service problems, develop improvement strategies.
• Human Resources – Administer employee policies, payroll, and benefits.
• Marketing – Implement local marketing and community outreach, manage communication with clients.
• Business Development – Set strategic goals, evaluate options, define objectives, evaluate outcomes.

• 2 years of aquatics management experience.
• Detail‑oriented, team‑driven leader with strong communication skills.
• Exceptional guest relations and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Flexible schedule: evenings, weekends, and ability to move between locations.
• Preferred Skills – Swim lesson or competitive swimming experience, knowledge of four basic strokes and teaching curriculum.
• Desired Certifications – Current Red Cross lifeguard, WSI Water Safety Instructor, CPR‑PR/AED, First Aid, lifeguard instruction preferred.

30–40 hours per week. Compensation commensurate with experience.
