PositionAs the Senior Service Center Airbus H145 Mechanic you will report to the Service Center Manager and lead maintenance projects on turbine helicopters and support projects on jet, turboprop and high‑performance piston aircraft. The work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm with overtime required during the week and on weekends.
Job Responsibilities- Support the Service Center Manager in executing responsibilities as defined in Hillsboro Aviation’s Repair Station Manual (RSM).
- Maintain maintenance quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance on all customer aircraft.
- Ensure aircraft are maintained in accordance with the approved aircraft inspection program.
- Ensure airworthiness and availability of assigned customer aircraft.
- Coordinate maintenance logistics to minimize downtime and maximize aircraft availability.
- Maintain a high standard of quality for the shop environment, tools, and records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- FAA A&P certificates.
- 10+ years maintaining turbine helicopters.
- Clean record/history with FAA and primary customer base.
- Experience maintaining Airbus H145 helicopters.
- Airbus H145 factory training.
- FAA Inspection Authorization.
- Experience maintaining Airbus and Bell helicopters.
- Factory training on Airbus and/or Bell product lines.
- Experience with major repairs & alterations.
- Experience with non‑routine and complex maintenance tasks.
- Avionics experience.
