Material Handler

Overview

We’re seeking a skilled material handler to collaborate with management and cross-functional teams across the organization. This role involves supporting inbound and outbound logistics, managing critical inventory, delivering on-site services, and ensuring smooth product distribution.

$20.00/hr - $29.00/hr

• Receive and process incoming goods, including verification and storage.
• Accurately pick and pack orders within designated time frames.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas.
• Operate warehouse management systems and related digital tools.
• Take initiative in identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Handle company equipment and vehicles with care and responsibility.
• Assist with local deliveries and on-site product movement.
• Adapt to additional tasks as needed to support operational goals.
• Conduct routine inventory checks and maintain stock accuracy.

• Dependable, adaptable, and committed to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Solid technical aptitude and proficiency with common business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel).
• Previous experience in warehouse operations and spare parts handling is a plus.
• Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Valid driver's license required; forklift certification and experience are highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS); experience with SAP is advantageous.
