Overview
We’re seeking a skilled material handler to collaborate with management and cross-functional teams across the organization. This role involves supporting inbound and outbound logistics, managing critical inventory, delivering on-site services, and ensuring smooth product distribution.
Base pay range$20.00/hr - $29.00/hr
Responsibilities- Receive and process incoming goods, including verification and storage.
- Accurately pick and pack orders within designated time frames.
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas.
- Operate warehouse management systems and related digital tools.
- Take initiative in identifying and resolving operational issues.
- Handle company equipment and vehicles with care and responsibility.
- Assist with local deliveries and on-site product movement.
- Adapt to additional tasks as needed to support operational goals.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and maintain stock accuracy.
- Dependable, adaptable, and committed to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Solid technical aptitude and proficiency with common business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel).
- Previous experience in warehouse operations and spare parts handling is a plus.
- Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Valid driver's license required; forklift certification and experience are highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS); experience with SAP is advantageous.
