NPW is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our warehouse family at the Hillsboro, Oregon location. With over fifty years of selling both traditional and performance parts, NPW is at the forefront of its industry.

Location:

Hillsboro, Oregon.

Salary: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour.

• Work independently with little to no supervision
• Assure safety compliance with warehouse regulations
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while meeting time‑sensitive deadlines
• Positive, "CAN DO" attitude!
• Power equipment experience a must

• Minimum of 3 years previous warehouse experience
• Maintain warehouse organization to avoid product error & safety mishaps
• Assist with basic customer service
• Perform time‑sensitive tasks with little or no supervision
• Prioritize workload with little or no supervision
• Navigate through multiple systems and websites when completing tasks
• Experience using handheld scanner & relevant software to maintain accurate shipments
• Attention to detail and high accuracy rate
• Resolve basic escalation issues within assigned department
• Communicate effectively and professionally
• Assist customers who come to pick up orders
• Process & invoice purchase orders
• Additional duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager

• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Consistently lift/carry 10–20 lbs.
• Bend, reach, lift, & climb ladders/steps
• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
