Senior Warehouse Clerk

Davis Tool, Inc. has immediate openings for a Senior Warehouse Clerk on our Day Shift. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to learn the skills needed to move into a variety of career paths at Davis Tool within our Supply Chain Management, Scheduling, and Manufacturing Departments. Davis Tool has been a leader in the industry for over 40 years and continues to grow through innovation.

Wage starts at $22.50/hour, depending on experience.

Monday - Friday workweek:

Day Shift - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Daily Accountabilities:

* Counting and packaging parts for shipping or storage

* Counting inventory to ensure accuracy

* Measuring performance against time standards

* Moving materials using forklifts and pallet jacks

* Communicating with leaders and peers about problems and possible solutions

* May include backup coverage for the receptionist

* Pulling and filing documents in document control

Required Skills:

* Shipping/Warehouse experience

* Experience shipping through Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL

* Have good written and verbal communication skills

* Have good computer skills

* Are able to routinely handle objects weighing up to 50 lbs

* Have a valid driver's license

* Have good mechanical and organizational skills

* Have attention to detail and work accurately

* Have the ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, twist, turn, for an entire shift
