Are you dependable, enthusiastic, and ready to lead? We’re looking for dedicated Child Care Assistant Supervisor to join our after school programs and help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children in grades K–4.
Responsibilities- Assist the Site Supervisor in overseeing daily program operations
- Provide guidance and support to staff and children in grades K–4
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
- Help organize and lead age-appropriate activities
- Model professionalism, teamwork, communication and dependability at all times
- Hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 9:15am and/or 1:45pm to 6:30pm
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree or CDA preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience working with children
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A genuine passion for helping children grow and thrive
