• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited dermatology residency program.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology (American Board of Dermatology or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Current DEA registration.

• Minimum of 2 years’ post-residency dermatology experience preferred; new graduates with strong training will be considered.
• Experience in medical, surgical, and/or cosmetic dermatology (flexibility based on practice needs and candidate’s interests).
• Familiarity with EMR systems and comfort working in a fast-paced private practice environment.

• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and colleagues.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Ability to collaborate with other physicians, APPs (PAs/NPs), and support staff.
• Dedication to maintaining professional development and continuing education.

• Established patient base or referral relationships in the community.
