Kids' Club Manager

Overview

This is a part-time or full-time weekday and/or weekend position. We provide enrichment learning and physical activities for children ages 3 - 12 years old seven days a week. We need a mature, caring, and energetic instructor who loves kids to add to our enrichment program. This is a great job for a post-graduate or college student. The Little Gym is the world’s premier children’s fitness company and you can impact hundreds of families in our community each week.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour.

• Your primary responsibility will be to lead fun, creative programs based on our proven curriculum and teaching methods.
• Learn and understand The Little Gym philosophy and program. Communicate information correctly to our member students and professionally to parents.
• Teach assigned classes and arrive in a timely manner to complete setup for class/party in accordance with lesson plans.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to ensure a consistently amazing experience for each child.

• You’re open to being a goofball and love giving high fives; background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics helps.

The Little Gym offers movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build confidence and skills at each stage of childhood. Programs include Parent/Child, Pre-K and Grade School classes in a clean, fun, safe, and nurturing environment.
