Overview

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for kids 4 months through 12 years. As a team member, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.

Location:

Hillsborough, NJ. Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour.

Programs focus on movement-based learning and imaginative play to help children build confidence and skills at each stage of childhood. We are looking for fun, outgoing, talented individuals who want to make a difference in their community.

• Lead, manage, and run programs and events with confidence.
• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method; training will be provided.
• Provide outstanding customer service and a positive membership experience; treat members like family.

• Leadership and communications skills; ability to connect with children, parents, and staff.
• Ability to teach amazing classes using our curriculum and teaching method.
• Commitment to delivering a high-quality member experience and supporting the community.

• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful.
• Willingness to learn coaching and child-development techniques to build confidence through physical activity.
