** This position coaches’ women’s softball at the community college level.
** Minimum Qualifications**(1) at least two years of coaching or playing experience at the high school and/or college level  (2) knowledge of and adherence of NJCAA/FCSAA rules and regulations  (3) strong interpersonal skills  (4) commitment to student athlete development
