The Goddard School of Hillsborough is looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and nurturing Lead Toddler Teacher to join our amazing team! We believe that children thrive when they feel safe, loved, and supported.

• Create a safe, loving, and nurturing classroom environment where every child and family feels valued.
• Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play using our Wonder of Learning® curriculum.
• Build meaningful relationships with children and their families.
• Encourage social-emotional development, independence, and confidence.
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and our leadership team.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom with our health and safety guidelines in place.

• A caring, dependable, and enthusiastic individual who genuinely loves working with children.
• Experience in a childcare or preschool setting required.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education required.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• A willingness to learn, grow, and make a difference each day.
• Ability to meet state training requirements and lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
