Building Kidz School of Hillsborough is seeking caring, dependable, and energetic teachers to join our team.

We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. The ideal candidate enjoys helping children learn, grow, and feel known, loved, and celebrated every day.

Early childhood experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has a genuine love for children and a positive, dependable attitude.

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Follow classroom routines, lesson plans, and curriculum
• Help children develop early language, literacy, math, and self-help skills
• Supervise children and maintain required health and safety standards
• Communicate respectfully with families and team members
• Assist with classroom organization, cleaning, and daily transitions
• Observe children’s progress and share relevant information with the lead teacher and director

• Experience working with young children preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be dependable, patient, caring, and able to work as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to pass required background checks
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or must be obtained after hire
