• B.S. degree in civil engineering
• New Jersey PE certification
• 10+ years of progressive experience servicing private clients, managing infrastructure projects, or designing land development projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal and collaboration skills

• CME, CFM, or PP
• Site development experience
• Experience in public testimony before Land Use Boards
• GIS and Hydraflow software experience

• Guide a diverse range of projects, including road rehabilitation, stormwater management, land development, and utility design
• Drive capital improvement initiatives for public sector clients
• Handle project management responsibilities like scheduling, solving design and construction problems, preparing proposals, establishing budgets, and creating estimates
• Prepare and review detailed technical designs, construction drawings, and specifications
• Ensure quality, timely work from start to finish

• Engage with clients, community members, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with consultants, government agencies, contractors, and other partners throughout each stage of the project
• Attend municipal planning, zoning, and land-use board meetings
• Participate in project meetings with clients
• Review and analyze municipal development applications
• Prepare and present comprehensive monthly reports for clients

• Mentor junior engineers, nurture their professional growth, and help them develop technical skills
• Actively participate in marketing-related proposals and programs, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and pursue new opportunities
