Salary Range: $90,000 to $130,000 annually

Are you ready to take on a leadership role in civil site design? We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a variety of projects ranging from residential and commercial developments to educational and multi-use facilities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage projects from initial concept through to final approval, ensuring all designs meet state and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and management of diverse projects, ensuring all aspects from grading to stormwater management are expertly handled.
• Develop comprehensive site design plans, including stormwater, erosion, and sedimentation controls.
• Engage in regular communication and collaboration with contractors, clients, sub-consultants, and team members to ensure project success.
• Prepare and review concept, site, and subdivision plans and reports.

Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in NJ preferred; E.I.T. certification required.
• 5 to 10+ years of relevant experience in civil site design and land development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydro
  
  CAD, or similar stormwater design software.
• Strong understanding of stormwater management, grading, erosion, sediment control, and utility design.
• Experience with regulatory agency permitting processes, such as NJDEP.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work both independently and within a team.
