Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands‑on patient care, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
• Communicate effectively with patients, PTs, and staff to ensure quality care.

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Valid New Jersey PTA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, professional, and patient‑focused approach.
• Prior outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred but not required.
