We are seeking an Addiction Counselor to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. This position requires the applicant to be on site for IOP /groups. • Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, and families
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

• Desire to work with the addiction population
• Ability to facilitate group therapy / IOP
• Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
