As an Informatica MDM Consultant at R3 Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving MDM Development initiatives with a specialized focus on Informatica MDM and Party Model implementation. Leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to the seamless integration of data across our organization, ensuring the highest standards of data quality and governance. Responsibilities:
• Utilize your extensive experience in Information Technology to lead and execute

MDM Development projects, with a strong emphasis on Informatica MDM and Party Model implementation.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Informatica MDM tools, including MDM Hub, Data Director, provisioning tool, and Active VOS, leveraging their functionalities for managing party entities effectively.
• Apply your in-depth understanding of data modeling principles and data integration techniques to architect robust MDM solutions tailored to our business needs.
• Champion data quality management and governance practices within the MDM environment, driving initiatives to enhance data integrity and reliability.
• Execute data profiling, cleansing, and transformation processes to optimize data quality and consistency across the organization.
• Employ your exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot

MDM-related issues and drive timely resolution.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology, with a strong background in MDM Development.
• Proven expertise in Informatica MDM and Party Model implementation, with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Informatica MDM tools, including MDM Hub, Data Director, provisioning tool, and Active VOS, and their functionalities for managing party entities.
• Familiarity with data modeling principles and data integration techniques.
• Strong understanding of data quality management and governance practices within an MDM environment.
• Proficiency in data profiling, cleansing, and transformation processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience in Data Analysis, Data Migration, Data Validation, Data Cleansing, Data Verification, identifying data mismatches, Data Import, and Data Export.
• Familiarity with other Informatica tools like Power Center (ETL), IDQ, Power Exchange, and Informatica Identity Resolution (IRR).
• Prior experience with other MDM tools or cloud-based MDM solutions is advantageous.
• Knowledge of ETL processes from various source systems to Staging areas, from staging to Data Marts, and data loading.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
