Residential Community Manager Hillsborough Nj

The Community Manager is responsible for managing community associations from oversight of property, preparing annual budgets, preparing monthly management reports, etc. Certifications in Community Association Management (CMCA) are helpful. • Coordinate and oversee property operations, including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, accounts payable, etc., to ensure a smooth operation of association communities.

• Basic understanding of MS Office
• Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
• Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some weekend and evening hours required

$70,000+ per year (based on experience)
