• Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including business development, sales, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve store goals and objectives.
• Supervise and provide guidance to retail staff, including training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Manage projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor profit‑loss statements and take appropriate actions to meet financial targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

• 5 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Irrigation and landscaping knowledge (MUST).
• Retail management experience (MUST).
• Inventory management skills.
• Sales order processing experience.
• Experience managing cycle counts.
• Ability to manage trucks, equipment, employees, pay, and scheduling.

Salary: $61,404.00 - $80,000.00 per year
