Essential Functions
- Leads various fitness classes focusing on strength and cardiovascular routines.
- Builds relationships with members and staff to retain participants.
- Provides positive customer service, motivation, and support.
- Creates a positive, inclusive environment for all.
- Maintains the quality of fitness rooms and reports equipment issues.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have a group exercise certification.
- Experience preferred but training is available.
- Must be punctual with excellent communication skills.
