Pezz Electrical Service LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This is a full‑time, hands‑on role for an experienced technician who thrives in residential and light‑commercial HVAC installations. You'll work on full HVAC systems—including furnaces, condensers, mini‑splits, RTU units, and heat pumps—delivering reliable, efficient service with a commitment to quality.

• Service residential and light‑commercial HVAC systems, including:
  • Furnaces, Air Handlers, and Air Conditioners
  • Heat Pumps and Mini‑Splits
  • Boilers and Package RTU Units
• Perform diagnostics and system performance testing
• Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams for system layouts
• Ensure systems are installed to code and company standards
• Communicate and document clearly with clients and internal teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Provide outstanding customer service while representing Pezz professionally

• 5+ years of HVAC installation/service experience (residential and light‑commercial)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism
• Adaptable and eager to learn new systems and technologies
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Journeyman HVAC license preferred (not required)
