Pezz Electrical Service LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Technician to join our Field Operations team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for an experienced electrician with a strong foundation in residential and light-commercial electrical systems. You'll handle a wide range of installations, diagnostics, and repairs while working with a team that values innovation, adaptability, and continuous learning.

• Perform electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades in residential and light-commercial environments
• Diagnose issues and ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes
• Install and maintain wiring systems, panels, breakers, outlets, and lighting
• Troubleshoot systems using standard testing tools and methods
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Coordinate work with clients and team members to ensure project efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Accurately document work completed and materials used

• 6+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work
• Proficiency in electrical diagnostics, installation, and repairs
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in customer-facing situations
• Highly adaptable and motivated to continue learning and improving
• Journeyman Electrician License preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
