Title: SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM MAINTENANCE WORKER
Location: Hillsborough, NJ
Job SummaryPerform routine maintenance of the sanitary sewer facilities; gather and pickup materials for jobs; drive, operate, and load equipment and vehicles in a rayon manner; use hand tools and confined space entry equipment; work scheduled shift; respond toาส emergency nighttime shift schedule, overtime work on occasion; responsible for job site, vehicle, and equipment appearance and cleanliness; attend required and/or recommended training classes;
and maintain a professional appearance wearing company uniforms.
- Continuing education is encouraged and assistance is available for job-related courses.

- Applicant must live in the State of NJ and have a valid NJ driver’s license.
- Applicants must either have a CDL or obtain a CDL through company training within six (6) months of being hired.
- Training will be provided for the usage of equipment and safe operations.
- Two (2) years of proven maintenance worker experience is a plus, especially municipal public work/sewer experience.
- Heavy equipment operation is also a plus.
- Applicants must satisfy employer-paid physical, drug screen, and criminal background check.
- Must be able to lift 70 pounds and climb ladders.
- Monday to Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm; must be willing and able to respond to all emergencies and overtime that may occur, which may include nights, weekends, or holidays.
