Cox Fleet is offering an enrollment into the Flee Tec Academy, a paid educational program that leads to becoming a full-time Diesel Technician. Candidates will receive hands-on training, travel expenses paid, and housing accommodations as they progress through the program.
The program provides a paycheck during training and a clear pathway to a full-time mobile diesel mechanic role in the hire market. Training lasts 10 weeks with ongoing classroom study and hands-on mentorship.
