Airgas is hiring for a CDL B Driver in Hillsborough, NJ!
We are looking for you!
- Pay $28/Hr
- Referral Bonus $1000
- Paid weekly via direct deposit
- Schedule:
3am-5am start Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend. - Average 40-45 hour work week
- Service areas are BRONX, LONG ISLAND, QUEESNS, rockland county, Trenton, Clinton and everything in between
- CDL B trucks with liftgates will be used
- 8-14 stops per day

Drive truck to deliver dry ice to customer's place of business.
Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment to load and unload dry ice.
Obtain customer signature, ensure piece count matches load manifest, and collect empty dry ice boxes to be returned to the plant and/or branch.
Provide customer service and give feedback from customers to the Branch Manager.
Perform pre and post trip inspections on trucks according to DOT and company maintenance checklist. Keep the inside of the truck clean.
Comply with all company policies, safety policies and procedures, and DOT and OSHA requirements.
Secure cargo prior to and during transit.
Required Qualifications- Valid Class A CDL or B CDL with Airbrake endorsement
- Maintain appropriate driver's license, medical card & endorsements
- No more than two traffic convictions: or two at-fault accidents in the last 3 years; or no more than a combination of one traffic conviction and one at-fault accident in the last 3 years
- No driving while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance within the last seven years
- Must be able to work in a drug-free environment
- Be able to regularly lift 75lbs and move more than 125lbs with the aid of material handling equipment
- Must have 1 year of CDL driving experience in the last 5 years or be able to provide proof of a certificate of completion from trucking school completed in the last 12 months.
