The OSRAM SYLVANIA team is seeking a Multi-Project Management (MPM) Product Specialist with a passion for the Automotive industry, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to translate customer needs into product specifications. You will work cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to facilitate projects across multiple product lines.

Responsibilities include:

• Project management
• Defining requirements for projects
• Ensuring high-quality deliverables such as project timelines, business cases, and customer documents
• Supporting product lifecycle activities, including roadmaps and strategy
• Collaborating daily with cross-functional teams

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Automotive
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions)
• Willingness to travel 20%
• Experience with APQP is a plus
