Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Weekend Support Lead

• Weekend support lead—someone who’s organized, proactive, and passionate about helping others.

• Friday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

• Monitor and support program scheduling
• Ensure staff-to-resident ratios are met
• Maintain the continuum of care for residents from Friday to Sunday
• Serve as the first point of contact for staffing and program concerns
• Coordinate with management and administration as needed
• Assist clients with daily activities including meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene, transportation, and other light duties as assigned

• No prior experience necessary; orientation and training provided
• Eighteen years of age or older with a valid driver’s license
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
